As soon as we receive your console you will be notified by email and SMS to let you know it has arrived safely; this usually takes a couple of days so don’t panic. Once we have your console it will be evaluated and repaired by our engineers before being thoroughly tested.

Once payment has successfully been processed for your repair, your console will be shipped back to your requested address using Yodel’s 48 hour delivery service. Unfortunately we can no longer accept paper cheques.
